Former Navy Sailor Sentenced for Producing Images of Child Sexual Abuse
A California man was sentenced today to 47 years and six months in prison for producing and receiving images of child sexual abuse, according to the Department of Justice. According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, in July 2018, a parent reported to Snapchat that a user, later identified as Christopher Jeorge Millican, 29, of Coalinga, had been engaging in inappropriate communications with her 11-year-old daughter.
