Hidden in a strip mall is Rosario's Peruvian Restaurant in Longmont, Colorado. If you have never had Peruvian food and drink before. Now is your chance to have the best. After returning from a trip to California and trying Peruvian food there. I had to have more. I was so pleased to find Rosario's Peruvian Restaurant in my own backyard. I have been eating there regularly ever since.
