A handful of Colorado restaurants shine bright with a new Michelin Star

(Colorado) In the culinary world, a Michelin Star is an accolade many restaurants aspire to and few realize. The highly-coveted distinction is reserved for an elite group offering extraordinary and innovative dining experiences.

Recently, five Colorado restaurants earned a Michelin Star. The 2023 award-winning eateries are:

Bosq (Aspen) - Savor four to five contemporary cuisine courses from a chef-selected, seasonal tasting menu.

Frasca Food and Wine (Boulder) - A multi-award-winning restaurant serving Northern Italian cuisine in the heart of Boulder on Pearl Street.

Beckon (Denver) - Delight in a seasonal, multicourse tasting menu at an 18-seat chef's counter in the kitchen. The menus are released quarterly with the lunar phases.

The Wolf's Tailor (Denver) - A creative, carefully curated menu that spotlights locally-sourced garden-fresh produce and grains. The restaurant strives for zero-waste, protecting the planet while serving the community.

Brutø (Denver) - A Latin-inspired tasting menu served at an intimate 15-seat chef's counter. Chef Michael Diaz de Leon of Brutø was a finalist for the prestigious 2023 James Beard "Best Chef: Mountain" region award.

From the big cities to the quiet mountain towns, Colorado offers a plethora of extraordinary experiences, from outdoor activities to art and fine dining. Now, Colorado also has five shining stars!
