The newest edition of The Associated Press college football poll is out, and Oregon and Iowa moved into the top five after road wins over top-10 opponents.

The Ducks defeated then-No. 3 Ohio State 35-28 to move from No. 12 to No. 4, while the Hawkeyes defeated then-No. 9 Iowa State 27-17 to move from No. 10 to No. 5. Oregon’s eight-spot jump is the biggest jump for a team entering the top five since LSU went from No. 13 to No. 5 after it knocked off second-ranked Georgia in October 2018.

Arkansas defeated then-No. 15 Texas 40-21 and makes its first appearance in the AP Top 25 since 2016, coming in at No. 20. The ranking gives the Southeastern Conference a total of seven teams in the poll.

Alabama and Georgia sit at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, while Texas A&M is seventh, Florida is 11th, Ole Miss is 17th, Arkansas is 20th and Auburn is 22nd.
