What a beautiful day downtown, the flowers at Pike Place Market are spectacular!

The sun was shining like it was nobodies business today, so I took a nice walk on my lunch break. I headed down to Pike Place Market to scope out the flowers. It's peony season! I repeat! It's peony season!

It was really great to see so many faces today, so many people out and about. What a wonderful feeling normalcy can be, when it's lacked from all of our lives. It felt heavenly to stroll down to the market and see it packed with happy people.

Any time I need to grab some flowers for someone, or myself (wink), I try to make it to Pike Place. The flowers are far better than some random grocery store and the prices are so low, it's crazy. I've never seen a bouquet there for more than $35. But that is definitely the higher end, and most commonly the prices are $10-$25.

I took some pictures to share, because they make me smile and that's what I'd like to leave you with too: a smile.
