(Denver, CO) This weekend, RTD will conduct testing that will affect the A, B, G and N commuter lines traveling to and from Union Station.
To minimize future RTD line disruptions, the agency collaborated with local partners to do testing the same weekend as maintenance on the Park Avenue Bridge, which travels over or is adjacent to the A, B, G and N lines.
Beginning Saturday, June 11, and extending through the end of service on Sunday, the commuter line service will be interrupted.
Expanded shuttle service will connect passengers between the impacted stations. On Monday, all regular service should resume, according to RTD.
Passengers on those lines this weekend are encouraged to plan alternate routes and can use RTD’s Next Ride web app to plan trips and see bus and train locations in real time.
- A Line: RTD offers bus shuttle service for A Line customers between Union Station and 38th•Blake Station.
- A Line customers at Union Station can access the shuttle at Gates 21 and 22. An RTD street supervisor will be on site at Union Station to assist customers utilizing shuttles.
- A Line customers at 38th•Blake Station can access the shuttle on Blake Street, just east of Downing Street.
- A Line service will operate as normal between 38th•Blake Station and Denver Airport Station.
- B and G Lines: RTD offers bus shuttle service for B and G Line customers between Union Station and 41st•Fox Station.
- B and G Line customers at Union Station can access the shuttle at Gates 21 and 22. An RTD street supervisor will be on site at Union Station to assist customers utilizing shuttles.
- B and G Line customers at 41st•Fox Station can access the shuttle at Gate A.
- B Line service will operate as normal between 41st•Fox Station and Westminster Station.
- G Line service will operate as normal between 41st•Fox Station and Wheat Ridge•Ward Station.
- N Line: RTD offers bus shuttle service for N Line customers between Union Station and 48th & Brighton•National Western Center Station.
- N Line customers at Union Station can access the shuttle at Gates 21 and 22. An RTD street supervisor will be on site at Union Station to assist customers utilizing shuttles.
- A shuttle stop for 48th & Brighton•National Western Center Station is located on the track side of Brighton Boulevard, across from the post office.
- N Line service will operate as normal between 48th & Brighton•National Western Center Station and Eastlake 124th•Station.
