The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of January 16 tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will finally come clean about being pregnant with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). She Knows Soaps reports that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will get into a showdown over Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

After Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) returns home from Chicago with Nikki Newman's (Melody Thomas Scott) necklace, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will meet with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to deliver the goods. An exciting week is coming our way on the Young and the Restless.

Sally Confesses Her Secret

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Nick will figure out Sally is pregnant. He will ask her if she's suffering from morning sickness. Sally will have no choice but to confess and hope Nick will stick around.

Sally knows that she needs to tell Adam about her pregnancy before he finds out from someone else. No one can predict how the Newman bad boy will react to the scoop.

Billy And Adam's Showdown

Adam sees Billy at the bar and decides to confront him about Chelsea. Y&R spoilers state that Adam tells Billy that he's taking advantage of Chelsea as she's in a fragile state. He thinks he gets a sick pleasure from being her savior.

Diane And Jeremy Kiss

Jack returned from Chicago with Nikki's necklace in tow. He hands it over to Diane to deliver to Jeremy. Y&R spoilers say she will take the necklace to him to prove her loyalty, only for him to require one more thing before they officially work together.

Jeremy wants Diane to sleep with him. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Diane jumps at the chance, planting a big kiss on Jeremy's lips.
