Mark your calendars and prioritize your mental health at FundaMental Fest, an outdoor festival & fundraiser celebrating wellness for the entire community. September is mental health & suicide prevention month. In observance, this cause-driven event is designed to stop the stigma, raise awareness, raise funds, and share resources for stress, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, and all types of mental illnesses.

FundaMental Fest will feature live music, arts, self-care, relaxation rituals, intro classes, stress-relieving and healing practices, raffle prizes, and tasty treats from a curated cast of local makers, artists, healers, spiritual leaders, practitioners, and wellness professionals. Bring your friends and family for this complimentary, not to be missed day of wellness!

This is a free, all-inclusive, all-ages event with a suggested donation, and all proceeds benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). The program (TBA) for the day will include:

  • Intro to Yoga
  • Legal planning for mental Health crisis
  • Spirituality Speaker
  • Simple Somatics Brain Dance
  • Sound Bath Ritual
  • Mental Health Speaker
