We Visited Kalaka Mexican Kitchen in Evergreen to Checkout Their Trashcan Nachos!

Back with another Dining Adventure and we headed up to Evergreen to check out one of the Kalaka Mexican Kitchen locations (the other being in Denver off Tennyson). There's lots of fun atmosphere in this "small-ish" Mexican Restaurant, but it is a bit loud. They have lots of different options, but are known for their Trashcan nachos, which we tried and enjoyed. We also tried the margarita flight, chilie relleno and street tacos. Everything felt like it was made fresh and and was delicious!
