Award Winning Mac and Cheese at Mac Nation Cafe!

We ventured to Indian Hills, just west of Morrison, to visit MAC NATION CAFE. This macaroni and cheese cafe has over 35 hand made different varieties of the classic macaroni and cheese dish. Our favorite of the many we tried was the "Texas", with BBQ Chicken and Bacon...Yum!! They also have a breakfast mac and cheese, soups, sandwiches, pastries, smoothies, lattes and many glutton-free options. If you're heading to a show at Red Rocks, out for a hike, or just want to try a tasty alternative, head just west of C-470 on HWY 285 for this delicious hidden gem!
