We find all the latest trends on Instagram from the newest hair products to skincare musts that your favorite influencer recommends with his/her entire soul. How worth it are these products though? Are they worth the money/is it everything that the influencer says it is and more? Being stuck at home for the past nine months with nothing to do meant that I needed to try these products and give it my honest review. And unfortunately, no, we won't be seeing La Mer on this list since $400 for face cream is a little too extreme.
1. Summer Fridays jet lag face mask
If you're a fan of the minimalist, aesthetically pleasing pictures on your Instagram feed then you have probably seen this tube more than once. The Summer Fridays mask had some major hype over the past summer as it was used by many influencers on the gram (and they had to post a photo of the tube being scrunched up otherwise you wouldn't know they've used it). I tried out the face mask a couple times and to be honest, I did not feel much of a difference in my skin. I wasn't sure if I was using enough of the product or using too little but unfortunately this mask is a little underwhelming and I expected more for the $30 price tag. However, I did use the classic mask and see that there are other variations of the product so I am open to giving it another go in the future. Still looks pretty in pictures though.

2. TULA Skincare products
Most of us have tried out TULA products at least once in the past couple years. Cruelty free and made with all natural ingredients, this brand not only smells amazing but also feels very refreshing after use. I used the face cleanser, eye balm, and face filter so far and it has done wonders to my skin. I have very sensitive skin so I can only use certain face cleansers and TULA is a brand that is kind to all skin types! Each product can range between the $25-$50 range or more but keep a look out at Sephora or Ulta for value sets!

3. Chanel La Creme Main hand cream
Also known as the Chanel egg, this Insta-worthy hand cream has been seen in many beauty flatlays online. The hand cream itself smells amazing and is very moisturizing. Plus you can say your hand creme is Chanel, the ultimate flex. A little goes a long way for this hand cream so I recommend using a small dollop on each hand. At a whopping $55, you don't want this to run out so quickly. This item does tend to sell out fast in department stores so be prepared for the backlog.

4. Elemis Products
I was gifted products from Elemis for their launch with Ulta Beauty and I am IN LOVE with them. When I was in my early 20's, my mother had told me it was never too late to start using anti-aging cream and she was not wrong. As I get closer to my 30's I realized how important it was to take care of my skin with day/night creams to keep my skin looking healthier. The Marine Cream leaves your skin feeling smoother and more refreshed as well as reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It's very gentle on all skin types and works well with mine. The price for this cream does retail at a whopping $128 but it is worth every penny and I'll be savoring mine for as long as I can!

5. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
South Korean brand Laneige has made a name for themselves in the US with their lip sleeping mask. I received a sample of the lip mask one day and was actually pretty hyped to try this out. I have chapped lips on the regular thanks to the harsh New England winters and wanted to see if this would be my winter solution. The product itself is very hydrating and smells nice and I was hoping to wake up to smoother lips the next day. However my lips did feel a little dry and the product didn't stay on my lips very well. The first application was nice so I will give this product some credit however it was not kind to me after frequent uses.
