Hot chocolate is the winner

Hot chocolate was the go-to drink when kids came in from playing in the cold and or the snow. My great-grandmother and those of her generation made hot chocolate with cocoa and I still do on occasion.

Hot chocolate also has health benefits according to Foreo and is believed to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. It may also reduce inflammation and the risk of heart attack and stroke.
