Henry Joseph Samiri returns to The Bold and the Beautiful
Soaps.com is reporting that The Bold and the Beautiful is about to make another switch in the young actor who portrays Douglas Forrester. Earlier in the year, Henry Joseph Samiri was replaced by older actor Django Ferri and B&B said the change was permanent. Now Ferri is out and Samiri is going to return on Friday, October 14.
Samiri began portraying Douglas in March 2019 and he has become a fan favorite over the past three years. Soap Hub is reporting that Samiri left the CBS soap temporarily so he could film a prime-time series Hacks where he guest starred as Mason on HBO Max and now he is back on B&B. Douglas has been front and center lately due to the battle between Hope Logan Spencer (Anika Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) battling over where he should live.
Douglas is part of a mystery
A new wrinkle has been added to the storyline surrounding Douglas now that Child Protective Services was called. Spoilers tease that Thomas used his son's voice-changing app to make it look like Brooke made the call. On Friday Ridge had left Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and flew to Aspen to be with Taylor Hayes. Ridge asked Taylor to reconcile because he believes Brooke is lying about calling CPS.
This is a big mess that is sure to affect Douglas especially if his father used his app to frame Brooke. Be on the lookout for updates related to what comes next on The Bold and the Beautiful for the Logans and Forresters. Spoilers tease that some great scenes are coming up so stay tuned.
