I love spicy food ๐ŸŒถ ๐Ÿฅต that just makes you sweat and make you drink a lot of milk ๐Ÿฅ› ๐Ÿ˜†. I am not kidding, I get sick after eating spicy food, but my cravings let me do so many crazy things.

Here is the PERI PERI CHICKEN ๐Ÿ— ๐Ÿ“ recipe, which you are going to love whether you like spicy food or not.

1. Blend dried red chilies, jalapeรฑos, salt, vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, roasted garlic, and paprika powder in an electric mixer to make peri-peri sauce.

2. Dip the raw steaks in this sauce and place them in the refrigerator for approximately an hour.

3. Heat a grilling plan, brush olive oil, and cook each side for 8-10 minutes until the meat is tender and soft. Make sure it does not become overcooked, so grill them on medium to low flame.

4. When you notice that they are 90% cooked, turn the flame very low and cover the grilling pan for 4-5 minutes.

5. Serve with jalapeรฑo slices on the top to add extra rich flavor to your meat.
