I made Nachos at home and they turned out so yummy πŸ˜‹πŸ€€

I always like Mexican food, especially tacos and nachos. Both of these things have my heart, and I can never get tired of eating them. I sometimes cook as well, but I always look for easy and 2-minute recipes.

It was so easy, and also I wanted the salsa and toppings according to my taste.

-Take any kind of TORTILLA CHIPS and arrange them on the platter or plate on whatever you are serving.

-Take an AVOCADO, mash it and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to it. Mix until well combined.

-Take beef mince (very fine) and cook it in oil. After that, add tomato paste, 1 tsp vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, mushrooms (finely chopped), and jalapeΓ±os. Cook them until beef is not raw.

-I also like to top up the nachos with cheese, so instead of making cheese dip, I like to microwave it for 30 seconds.

-For assembling, lay down nachos, then pour the BEEF SALSA and that avocado mixture. Then put on 2-3 cheese slices on it, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on it. Microwave it and enjoy.
