Getting Ready for Our Family Road Trip With Pop-Top Camper Van Tour

As a family of four with young kids, we love to adventure off the beaten path but appreciate the comfort of home too. So when booking a trip, we take a lot of factors into account. Recently, my husband and I have been looking for a travel solution that provides more mobility, less prep, and lots of flexibility. We found the perfect answer with the pop-top camper van from Titus Adventure Company. The van sleeps four, has hot water, an equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. We drove the van to Pearl Lake in Steamboat, CO and were thrilled to wake up to such beautiful sights after a restful and warm nights sleep. Being able to cook in the van and not worry about dealing with rain or snow like one would in a tent made the trip so much easier! And when we wanted to do something like a bike ride or head to the store, it was easy to hit the road with our house on wheels.

My passion for travel was unlocked when I spent some years living across Europe and South America. I've never been one to shy away from a new adventure, be it swimming with pigs in the Bahamas, bird watching in the Galapagos or Heli-Hiking in British Columbia. And while I used to mostly travel solo, I now like to hit the road with my 4-year-old son, 1-year-old-daughter and husband in tow. The best part of travel to me now is getting to see the world through their eyes. Whether they are petting goats during an Oregon farm stay or making their very own pizza in Idaho, their enthusiasm and joy never fails to remind me of why I love travel.
