This morning at 8:30am, the Caldwell Police Department responded to 911 calls reporting a motor vehicle crash in their town near Florence Place and Elizabeth Street.
Upon arrival, police determined that an occupant of the car was injured and the car's air bag was deployed.
The all-volunteer West Essex First Aid Squad was immediately dispatched and responded to the scene for treatment of the person's injuries.
Additionally, the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department was also called to the crash location where they responded and worked to clean up a fluid spill which had been caused by the impact.
