Are you tired of eating normal salad ๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿฅ™ , try this SHRIMP SALAD!!!

Salads are always great food ๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿฅ™ ๐Ÿฅ— . You can have them anytime. So, try bringing variety in them by adding more ingredients or trying out the new ones. I incorporate salads in my diet, mostly at lunchtime.

Here is the recipe for the SHRIMP SALAD that I tried recently. This is a great alternative to lunch.

First of all, in a pan, add oil, and cook ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ the shrimp simply in salt ๐Ÿง‚ & black pepper.

Cut the avocados ๐Ÿฅ‘ , onions ๐Ÿง… , tomatoes, cucumbers ๐Ÿฅ’ , iceberg, & olives ๐Ÿซ’ into your desired shape. Cubes are preferred.

Now, for dressing, mix olive oil, lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice, vinegar, salt & pepper. Shake them very well.

Mix the shrimp ๐Ÿฆ ๐Ÿค with the vegetables and also add corn to them.

Now, pour in the dressing & toss it very well until everything is mixed up thoroughly.

You can also add yogurt or mayonnaise to it. I sometimes add dairy-free cream. It gives an amazing taste, but if you want it light, just go with the recipe provided.
