I made Ricotta Pizza ๐Ÿ• and guess what dieting is not too difficult with this!!!

Trying out new recipes is always good, and it is super good when they turn out amazing. It is a great way to escape from the thoughts that are inside your head.

Ricotta Pizza ๐Ÿ• always sounded so plain to me, but I made it in my way, and I canโ€™t help stopping myself from eating this.

For the PIZZA DOUGH, in the dough maker, add 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp yeast, ยฝ cup milk ๐Ÿฅ› , 1 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of salt ๐Ÿง‚ . Kneed it in the machine until smooth. Cover it with the plastic sheet and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles its size.

Once the dough is ready, flatten it on the PIZZA PAN. Donโ€™t make it too thick because the crust may remain uncooked.

Apply pizza sauce on it. ๐Ÿซ• ๐Ÿซ• Then, add baby spinach ๐Ÿฅฌ leaves and ricotta cheese ๐Ÿง€ to it.

I also add a few PEPPERONIS to make it a little different.

Put it in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
