Struggling with anxiety ๐Ÿ˜” ๐Ÿ˜ž and self-confidence is a real issue these days!!

I am one of those LUCKY people ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพ who get to read the PERFECT book that fits my situation. I found this book ๐Ÿ“– ๐Ÿ“š ๐Ÿ“• named โ€˜How to be Yourselfโ€™ when I was dealing with anxiety a lot.

The book ๐Ÿ“• is, I think so, written by a psychologist ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ . First, there are many examples of how people deal with anxiety ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ ๐Ÿ˜ฅ and the reason behind anxiety. This book explains very clearly what ANXIETY is?!! ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ๐Ÿ˜ฆ ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

I can relate to this book ๐Ÿ“• in so many ways because I was dealing with SOCIAL ANXIETY, I wasnโ€™t comfortable being myself, and I always thought of being EMBARRASSED ๐Ÿ˜ณ ๐Ÿ˜ž about what I am!!! But there is so much more than that about this book. At every point, you would feel like whatever the writer is talking about you, which proves the effectiveness of this book.

The book is more like a textbook, but this is just for you if you are dealing with anxiety. After reading this, I felt like a Wonderwoman, and I felt 200% more CONFIDENT ๐Ÿ˜ƒ ๐Ÿ˜Š .
