I am one of those LUCKY people 👩🏾 who get to read the PERFECT book that fits my situation. I found this book 📖 📚 📕 named ‘How to be Yourself’ when I was dealing with anxiety a lot.
The book 📕 is, I think so, written by a psychologist 👩⚕️ . First, there are many examples of how people deal with anxiety 😟 😥 and the reason behind anxiety. This book explains very clearly what ANXIETY is?!! 😥 😦 😟
I can relate to this book 📕 in so many ways because I was dealing with SOCIAL ANXIETY, I wasn’t comfortable being myself, and I always thought of being EMBARRASSED 😳 😞 about what I am!!! But there is so much more than that about this book. At every point, you would feel like whatever the writer is talking about you, which proves the effectiveness of this book.
The book is more like a textbook, but this is just for you if you are dealing with anxiety. After reading this, I felt like a Wonderwoman, and I felt 200% more CONFIDENT 😃 😊 .
