In all my teenage years, I was obese, and I wasn’t able to feel confident about myself. In high school, I never had many friends; maybe, I wasn’t cool. I always felt terrible about myself.
Before going to college, I decided just to put this all-fat off my body. There were so many things that I was doing wrong, and I didn’t even know about that.
First, I completely left FIZZY DRINKS and switched towards natural drinks. The hardest part was to leave the JUNK FOOD on which I survived for years, but it is too unhealthy, and it not only makes you obese and causes several problems like skin breakouts. My skin got better when I left junk food. 🍔🍕🍟
I drank almost 15 glasses of water a day. I used to drink GREEN TEA 🍵 in the morning before breakfast and at night after dinner.
Also, I do the gym, which is very important while losing weight because it gives you the perfect tone of the body. The most difficult fat to lose was under my chin which just got better after doing exercises.🏋️♀️
This routine is not dieting, but you can say it is healthier because you look like what you put inside your body. So, when are you going to follow this routine?!
