Redondo Beach has the biggest seafood market known worldwide; they have every kind of seafood that is kept alive and fresh. I happened to visit it as my cravings take me everywhere. I am a huge seafood fan, and I am always interested in trying new things, but I prefer cooking at home as it is cleaner and safer. I went there early in the morning, nearly at about 8 am. The place was pretty crowded but well organized; it didn’t look like a traditional fish market, everything was disciplined. While wandering the market, there was a wide variety of crabs and lobsters, but I came to buy clams only. I purchased black mussels, cherrystone clams, and blood clams which were very different. I got half dozens of each as I eat it alone, and my boyfriend is not a fan of seafood. I found it remarkable that there were proper measures taken to maintain the hygiene of the seafood. I got them home and steamed them with salty water, and all these go perfectly with chili mustard sauce.
