Kat Graham is also a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador. UNHCR is the United Nations Commissioner for Refugees.

Modern Nirvana's website states their mission:

The goal of Modern Nirvana is to be a catalyst for transformation in people's lives, to inspire them to take control of their spiritual and physical wellbeing, by sharing both ancient practices and modern bio-hacks on our YouTube channel and at our annual summit.  Our mission is to bring inspiration and information to a new generation, paving a way for a more enlightened world.

In addition to working out with Kat Graham, doing breath work with Bryant Wood, and learning wellness approaches, or as he terms it, bio-hacking, with Frank Elaridi, you'll also experience the work of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, proponent and practitioner of breath work and inner peace.

The video below will fill you in on more about the conference, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's work.

My purpose is to inspire and inform. You can read more by me on, and on the Good Men Project. I've had a lifetime of valuable experiences, and I want to share the lessons I've learned readily, or been forced to learn. I'm a psychotherapist, a hypnotherapist, a mother to my amazing son, Blake Scott, whom I write about often. I also write about race, equality, social justice, sex, government, and Mindfulness, not in that order.
