Our family trip through Belgium this June made us fall in love with their waffles (read my article: https://original.newsbreak.com/@carmen-micsa-1591064/3061883804912-no-belgium-waffles-in-belgium-just-waffles — fluffy and light as snowflakes.

As I scrolled through Instagram one day and saw the Wonderffle stuffed waffle iron gadget, I had to order it. The beauty about it is that you can stuff your Belgian waffle with sweet or savory options, such as fresh fruit of any kind, bacon and eggs, spinach, or whatever your imagination takes you.

I chose fresh my daughter this evening, and it was a success. Next time, I want to stuff it with sausage, egg, and cheese, as well as spinach and eggs.

So many options to be creative and enjoy cooking something nutritious and not too complicated. I also love the fact that I can freeze these waffles and reheat them in the oven.

Waffles are life stuffed with sweetness!
