The hot weather is back in Florida this weekend with areas of Tampa hitting 90 degrees again. It might feel like summer, but we just entered spring a few days ago. There are a number of events starting to occur again around Tampa including farmers market events, vendor events, and events where you can support local artists and businesses.

Here are a few things happening around Tampa Bay this weekend from Friday, March 26th to Sunday, March 28th.

Friday, March 26th:

Strawberry U-Pick at Keel Farms: This event is held right now from Wednesday to Friday at 11AM. Keel Farms has sweet and juicy organically-grown strawberries available for you to pick and enjoy. Bring your family and friends, but please be sure to keep a six foot distance from other groups to keep everyone safe. Their berries cost $5 a pound and they will provide you with a clean, sanitized bucket for picking or you can bring your own. Keel Farms suggests bringing a container to take them home in. Best of all, kids pick free and will receive their basket from the hostess up front. 5202 Thonotosassa Road, Plant City, FL 33565

Saturday, March 27th:

Tampa Riverwalk Cleanup with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful: If you want to give back this weekend, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful is hosting a volunteer cleanup on Saturday morning from 8AM to 11AM with Friends of the Riverwalk. The cleanup is part of Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful’s Trash Free Waters Program and serves as a call to action to create more sustainable communities by focusing volunteer efforts on activities that impact individuals in need, lead to aesthetic community improvements, and provide a positive environmental impact. Litter on roadways, in parks, rivers, and neighborhoods negatively affects the environment and isn’t something residents or visitors want to see in their community. Participants in the cleanup will assist with litter removal and beautification of the downtown area. Volunteers should bring work or garden gloves, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses, and protective footwear. Trash bags, water, and soft gloves are provided. Check-in is at 8AM and you can register on Eventbrite. 233 North Ashley Drive, Tampa, FL 33602
