Fresh Kitchen Build-Your-Own-Bowl Concept Opens New Tampa Location On March 22nd

Fresh Kitchen will open a new location on Monday, March 22nd in New Tampa. The build-your-own-bowl concept has enjoyed much success around the Tampa Bay area with health-conscious diners flocking to their restaurants. The New Tampa location will be the 10th location. There will be a Grand Opening event with multiple days of specials as the concept celebrates its new location.


The new location is located at 8648 Hunters Village Road. Fresh Kitchen New Tampa is located next to Sprouts Farmers Market off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. Beginning March 22nd, it will be open Monday through Saturday from 11AM to 9:35PM, and Sunday from 11AM to 9:05PM. This upcoming week on Friday, March 19th and Saturday, March 20th the concept will have a “Friends & Family” Celebration. Guests can enjoy a free bowl for anyone who stops in and makes a (suggested $10) donation to Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful (You get a bowl! You get a bowl!). Available Friday for lunch (11AM to 1PM) and dinner (6PM to 8 8PM) and Saturday for lunch (11AM to 1PM ) only.

On Monday, March 22nd, Fresh Kitchen New Tampa will have its Grand Opening. Guests can enjoy a Cash Cannon. The first guest in the store at 11AM gets to play the Cash Cannon game. Grab as many “Free Bowl” cards as you can, and you could be eating free for months!).

There will be giveaways, the first 50 guests will receive a free FK hat, as well as a scratch off card with free menu item prizes, a catering raffle with all guests invited to drop their business card into a fishbowl with one winner will receive free catering for their company for up to 20 people (you’ll definitely be everyone’s new favorite coworker!).

On Tuesday, March 23rd & Wednesday, March 24th, Fresh Kitchen will have Hat and scratch off card giveaways continue for the first 50 guests and a catering raffle for up to 10 people.

Come back on Tuesday, March 30th for Fresh Kitchen’s Ribbon Cutting Event at 10:30AM with the North Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Fresh Kitchen invites the community to celebrate with the FK team and local officials during this special occasion.


The concept prides itself on seasonal ingredients including fresh greens, sweet potato noodles, perfectly seasoned rices, roasted veggies, hormone and antibiotic-free grilled meats, responsibly sourced salmon, home-made sauces and flavorful add-ons.

Proteins include grilled citrus chicken, bbq chicken, chilled caprese tofu, roasted salmon, herb-grilled steak, and almond baked chicken. Sauces include creamy white ginger, coconut sriracha, holy kale, and herb balsamic vinaigrette.

The entire menu at Fresh Kitchen is gluten-free with vegan options available and all food is prepared using 100% olive oil. Fresh Kitchen also offers fresh and convenient catering with options for sharable and individual meals that are perfect for businesses and sports teams, as well as families looking to make meal prep easy.

In observance of COVID-19, Fresh Kitchen continues to pledge to follow best practices to create a safe environment for customers and employees. All team members at Fresh Kitchen New Tampa will wear masks, complete daily health checks, and undergo food safety and sanitation training. For additional convenience, Fresh Kitchen New Tampa will also offer online ordering with contactless pick-up and delivery through third-party platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
