Who doesn't enjoy breakfast for dinner? First Watch is launching a special "Breakfast For Dinner" for a limited-time only for diners in St. Petersburg, Florida through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

“As a kid, we all loved when we got a chance to eat breakfast for dinner, and I think that nostalgia is what spurs the constant requests from our customers, asking us to open at night,” said Chris Tomasso, president and CEO of First Watch.

“We’re a daytime-only concept at our core, and our team has always appreciated the chance to clock out in time to enjoy their evenings free. The past 12 months have shown us that even during the most difficult times, our neighbors in St. Pete show up with tremendous support for our team and our brand, whether they’ve decided to dine-in and visit their favorite server, pick up breakfast on the way to work or increasingly order First Watch for delivery. As a ‘Thank you’ to our loyal community, our 4th Street team has decided to fire up the griddles after hours.”

Customers within the delivery radius of First Watch’s 4th Street restaurant will be able to enjoy a pared back menu of its most popular items including Million Dollar Bacon, Avocado Toast, their Elevated Egg Sandwich and Multigrain Pancakes, in addition to fresh juices and recently released brunch cocktails. Two family bundles will also be available for customers: a Breakfast for Dinner Pack for Two and for Four.

New cocktails include a Vodka Kale Tonic which features a New Amsterdam gluten-free vodka to First Watch’s signature Kale Tonic, a crisp blend of fresh ingredients packed with nutrients and a Million Dollar Bloody Mary and Mimosa.

Their Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk cocktail combines RumHaven Coconut Rum, cold brew coffee, coconut milk, and agave nectar. There are also a few other options now available.

To access the limited-time offering, customers can search “Breakfast for Dinner” in the Uber Eats or DoorDash mobile apps. The offerings will be available for delivery Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 4:30 PM to 11 PM, only through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Bradenton-based First Watch currently serves customers at 19 restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area, a region where it often tests new dishes and programs.Only its 4th Street restaurant in St. Petersburg will participate in this Breakfast for Dinner offering.

First Watch is open for breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week from 7 AM until 2:30 PM. For more information about First Watch, its seasonal menu offerings or to find the nearest restaurant, customers can visit or download the First Watch mobile app.

The brand released a cookbook in 2018 with over 60 recipes from their concept which regularly rotates specials and new creations. It is available both online and in stores. According to Mashed, “Founders John Sullivan and Ken Pendery opened the very first First Watch in 1983 in Pacific Grove, California, a quaint town located on the Central California coast not far from Monterrey. They opened the second First Watch restaurant in San Mateo, California, in 1984”.

During the early part of the pandemic, First Watch closed 100% of their company-owned in April 2020 and “invested in telemedicine benefits for every First Watch employee and their family, at no cost to them, so all have access to medical professionals who can diagnose, authorize testing and even prescribe medications”. They are supporting the effort to get employees vaccinated and are compensating affected employees two hours pay at $15 per hour upon providing proof of receiving both COVID-19 vaccine doses.
