Today's video is a tour of my apartment in Jersey City/NYC. FYI, Jersey City is about a 10-15 min train ride into Manhattan depending on where you live, so it's a great option if you want to experience NYC, but also save $$$. My apartment is exactly $2549 after 1 month free. Without the 1 month free, it was advertised for a little over $2800. We only pay for electricity in terms of utilities.
