STK Denver Restaurant Review

Brunching vibes at STK Denver… Loved the aesthetic & pretty decor, delicious brunch items, and fantastic service. We started out with their complimentary bread service which was fresh out of the oven and brushed with brown butter & cinnamon sugar. Warm, fluffy, delicious. We got to try several of their signature cocktails. The Spiced Watermelon and the Cucumber Stiletto were my favorites. For starters, we had the Lil’ Brgs - wagyu beef, special sauce, mini sesame seed buns and the Blue Iceberg - Nueske’s Applewood smoked bacon, point reyes blue, cherry tomato - yummy. For entrees, I had the Lobster & Eggs Benedict and my boyfirend had the Truffle Steak & Egg. Both were absolutely fantastic. For dessert, we had the warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream & caramel sauce and the cheesecake with raspberry coulis & berries was absolutely stunning.
