If there is something you will learn quick about Kansas City, it's that they like to smoke their food there. So when I saw the sign for KC Smoke Burger, I had to try it, because I've never had a smoked burger. Boy was I in for a flavor ride like no other, because you haven't tried a burger until you've had a smoked burger.
The monster burger is huge with a nice thick beef patty in the middle, the beef is kosher and the vegetables are locally sourced. You can order your burger how you want, so you can add-remove certain things on it. Of course, I enjoyed every aspect of my burger and wanted it served accordingly. The sides are also fresh to order, and the steak fries are one of a kind and piping hot. If you've never had a smoked burger, then you need to stop here and try one.
