Where to Find Rustic Home Furnishings in Bentonville, Arkansas

Cameron Eittreim

Bentonville is one of the most recognized cities in Arkansas because it's the home place of Walmart. The city has many unique destinations where you can find souvenirs and interesting pieces of furniture. I like to travel from place to place and find unique pieces of rustic furniture. Although I am fortunate enough to live in a log cabin, I still try to achieve the rustic look in my home. When I go to Bentonville, there are a few places where I like to stop and check out the accent pieces and furniture.

Howse Bentonville

2714 SE Otis Corley Dr., Bentonville, AR 72712.

Although I traditionally look to small stores and flea markets to find my rustic accent pieces and furniture, this store caught my attention. Howse Bentonville specializes in functional furniture with a rustic twist. You get all the benefits of a modern furniture piece without having to sacrifice the functionality or style.

The sales floor is quite large, with a selection of everything from coffee tables to chairs. Wall art is also in a wide array here, so if you have been looking for flashy wall art, this is your spot. There are plenty of accent pieces that you can put on the center of your table or on your shelf. The couches and loveseats are also great, with lots of detail.

BoxDrop Bentonville Mattress and Furniture

5121 SW Runway Dr. Suite 105, Bentonville, AR 72712.

Judging by the name of this place, you'd think it was a big box chain store. But the selection at this particular location is still decent. There were quite a few rustic bedroom sets that offered a great selection for the price. If you want a coffee table or accent piece, there were quite a few to choose from.

The thing that surprised me the most was the selection of various area rugs. Creating a rustic appearance is also important when it comes to choosing a rug. The thing you want is a rug that's warm and comfortable. Overall, for a quick stop, this place has more than a few of the rustic items that you'd want to have in your home.
