We took our summer trip with three kids, ages 9, 7, and 2. Which means Pizza was on the family menu for a substantial portion of the trip. Finding a pizza joint is fun, because there is usually an arcade for the kids, and pizza is sort of that one dish that no one can argue with. Branson is a massive tourist city, so there are hundreds of pizza restaurants to choose from. We stopped at a few of the most notable, they offered excellent food for the price.

Rocco's Pizza

2722 State Highway 248, Branson, MO 65616

We chose Rocco's Pizza as our first stop for many reasons. For starters, when I was a child, my favorite Pizza restaurant in my hometown was called Rocco's, so naturally I had to learn how this one stacked up. Secondly, this was the #1 rated pizza place in Branson on Trip Advisor, so it only made sense that we should check this place out.

Having pizza at Rocco's is very family oriented, the dining room is immaculate, and smiles greet you as soon as you walk-in. The place was packed, but the service was still quick and impressive considering that we went at the peak of vacation season. The pepperoni pizza was juicy and fresh, the kids didn't have any complaints. We ordered a small combination pizza, and it was equally as satisfactory, and the pricing was more than reasonable.

Godfather's Pizza

1026 W Main St, Branson, MO 65616

Towards the end of our trip, we were tired and didn't feel like going out. The ideal thing was to just order pizza for delivery and have it in our hotel room. Godfather's Pizza is a national chain, and the Branson location is superb. The quality of the pizza was impressive, especially considering it was freshly baked. The delivery of a pepperoni and a combination pizza took about an hour, but the wait was worth it.

Godfather's Pizza packed on the toppings, and the sauce was amazingly fresh. I have to say that this is one of the better pizza places in Branson. The neon sign outside the restaurant advertised that you can even meet the Godfather once a week. The experience was overwhelming, even though we didn't go sit inside the restaurant this time.
