Extra Hot & Spicy Wings

Start off with 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 4 Tbs. of cajun seasoning, 2 Tbs. of Shitake mushroom powder, 4 Tbs of horseradish sauce, and as much Tabasco sauce as you can handle. Let marinate for minimum of 2 hrs. overnight is best. Then put it on the smoker with indirect fire. I'm using pecan wood chunks as smoke. Put the wings on the smoker and move them around and flip them over ever 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, sauce them with Tabasco Sweet and spicy sauce. At 1 hour to 1:15 depending on the wings they will be ready.
