Chicken BBQ Spaghetti

Chicken BBQ Spaghetti By Cajun RnewBBQ Start off with a whole chicken and put on Saints and Sinners Competiton Chicken Rub and their Sweet Heat. Now get your grill or smoker up to 350 degrees and put the chicken on it till it reaches 165 degrees in the breast. While this is happening boil a pack of spaghetti to the package directions or your desired doneness. After the chicken is done, shred it up and set it aside. Now in the pot with the spaghetti put in a 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 1 can of rotel, 1 half of a white onion diced, 4 cloves of garilc diced. SPICE LIST: 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp onion powder 1tsp paprika 1tsp salt 1tsp pepper 1 tsp oregano (i used the powder version) 1 tsp basil (i used the powder version) 1 tsp of parsley 1/4 tsp of cayenne powder 1/4 tsp cumin Then put in the chicken, and half a bottle of bbq sauce and mix it up. Now transfer it to a a 9x13 dish that been sprayed. Put it on the grill ( indirect) or oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
