Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous Ribs By Cajun Rnewbbq You start off with their seasoning and liberaling seasoning both sides of the ribs. I chose to hang my ribs so i didn't remove the membrane so the ribs could stay together. If you do the ribs a different way remove the membrane. I got the grill up to 250 degrees and put the ribs on. Time to make the mopping sauce. 1 cup of white vinegar 1TBs of salt 1 tsp. of black pepper 1.5 tsp. of minced onion 1 tsp. of garlic powder 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. of ground mustard 1/2 tsp. of celery seeds Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 mins then its ready. At first hour and every 30 mins after baste the ribs. My ribs were done in 3 hours.
