Six Gun Chili. Texas Chili

Six Gun Chili By Cajun Rnewbbq First you start off with putting the 2 packets of seasoning mix into 1 cup of water. Stir that up and put it to the side. Next go ahead and brown off 2 lbs. of ground meat. Transfer that to a Dutch oven. Now pour in 1 can of diced tomatoes, the 1 cup of seasoning mix, and the packet of the six-gun seasoning mix. How much you put in of this will determine how hot the chili gets. Next if you want a thicker chili you can take the last packet and pour that into the chili and stir that up. They recommend 30 minutes, but I always do a min. of 2 hours before I call my chili done.
