Homemade Greek Pizza on Pellet Grill

Homemade Greek Pizza on Pellet Grill By Cajun Rnewbbq First get your pellet grill or oven or pizza oven up to 400 degrease with the pizza stone inside of it. When its up to temp, get your pizza peel out. If your using dough sprinkle on some cornmeal on the peel so it won't stick. If you're using the almost cooked dough you can skip that step. Next spread on some olive oil on the dough and then put on your toppings. I put on spinach, tomatos, black olives, feta cheese and Konriko's Greek seasoning. Then move the pizza to the stone and cook for 10 mins. I let mine go for 15 mins to get a crispy crust.
