Bourbon Chicken By Cajun Rnewbbq First you take the chicken and put it in a bag. Then put in 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of Devils Cut Bourbon 2 Tbs. of minced onion 1 Tbs. of garlic powder 1 Tbs. of ginger (Make a 2nd batch of just the marinade) Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours. Get your grill up to temp. You're looking for 350 degrees. Put a pan on the grill and put the chicken in it and the fresh marinade into it. At 30 minutes flip the chicken. Every 30 mins flip the chicken. If your using Thighs like me they should be done around 1 hour at 175 degrees. If your using breast it may take longer, you're looking for 165 degrees.
