New Orleans Fried Crawfish Po Boy

New Orleans Fried Crawfish Po Boy By Cajun Rnewbbq Start off by getting your crawfish out the packaging and break them apart. Then pour on the fish fry batter, I say half the bag onto them. ***If you want to do a wet/ dry mix. Use half of the bag to make the batter and 3/4 cup of water and stir that up. Put the other half the bag in another bowl and put some crawfish in the dry mix, then into the wet, then back into the dry. *** Pour some oil into a dutch oven and bring it up to 350 degrees. Once at the temp put a handful of crawfish tail into the oil and fry them for 1 minute 30 seconds. Once all done build your po boy how you want. New Orleans style is mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle.
