Philly Cheesesteak by Cajun Rnewbbq First get yourself some hoagie rolls, yellow onions, mozzarella/ provolone cheese (you can use cheese wiz or American cheese) some ribeye steak shaved thin and some Redneck Chef Baudoux Pitmaster Choice seasoning. Cut the onion into slivers. Heat your griddle to med. low / med. Begin by carnalizing the onions. Once that is done, put the steak on and grill that up to the desired doneness you want. (rare, med rare. etc.) Once it about to hit your desired temp. combine the meat and onions and add the cheese. Let the cheese melt then put it on the hoagie roll. All done now.
