Andouille & Tasso Fettuccine

Andouille & Tasso Fettuccine by Cajun Rnewbbq Begin by boiling a pot of water with some salt in it. Then put in the fettuccine and cook to the desired doneness you want. Next cut up the Andouille and Tasso (if you can't get Tasso use chorizo or another spicy sausage). Now put it into a pan and start browning them off. Pull them out the pan and start sauteing the onion, bell pepper and jalapeno. After a couple of minutes add in the garlic and cajun seasoning. Then add in a can of cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Stir it up, then add in the meat and stir. Then add it to the pasta.
