Fried Oyster Po Boy
Today is National Oyster Day. We Celebrate today with a Fried Oyster Po Boy as any good displaced New Orleanian can do. We used Uncle Steve's Gator Shake and Competition Bird powder as our seasoning mixed in with our flour and cornstarch. Used an egg wash binder. Then fried them up for a couple of minutes, till golden brown.
