The video has 120.6K views. They used the app to order food for pick-up and received an invite to the Panda Express rewards program. The $4 meal was an entree plus two sides. Hooyo claims her sister signed up too. And she got a bowl for $3. The screenshot shows an $8 price and a $5 welcome discount.
The creator bought her order in Minnesota.
