Up to $98,980 a year: OUSD looking for special assignment teachers

(ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif.) Oakland Unified School District is now hiring classroom teachers on special assignments for the 2022-2023 school year at Sequoia Elementary.

The full-time position comes with a salary between $52,905 to $98,980 based on the existing 10-month teacher schedule. It also comes with a small stipend.

Interested applicants must have a bachelor's degree, be eligible for U.S. employment and pass a criminal background check. Additionally, candidates must possess a California teaching credential or be willing to obtain one.

The position comes with robust medical, dental and vision benefits and life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
