(SAN FRANCISCO) Cookies SF, the international cannabis brand started by San Francisco-native Berner, is partnering with Amuse, a prominent cannabis delivery company.

Amuse will be the primary delivery service for Cookies locations throughout the state, including in the city, according to the details disclosed by Yahoo Finance.

Since cannabis was legalized in California, Cookies has become one of the most prominent retail names in the industry, opening shops in Los Angeles, San Jose and Sacramento before expanding to the international market.

Cookies was founded in 2010 by the aforementioned Berner and Bay Area cultivator Jai. The company has become well-known for its wide variety of cannabis genetics, its high-quality products and its proprietary genetics.

"There is no replacement for the Cookies in-store experience, but we see great value in providing our customers the option to get their favorite products delivered to their home via Cookies' new online digital experience delivered by Amuse," said Berner, Co-Founder and CEO of Cookies. "We could not be more excited to offer this to our customers."

Amuse was founded in Los Angeles in 2020 and offers more than 500 products through its delivery service. This partnership would be the company's first serious move into the retail space.

Additionally, Cookies works with local nonprofits to push back against the over-criminalization of cannabis users, especially among communities of color. While the company's headquarters is in San Francisco, it opened its first retail store in Los Angeles in 2018 before expanding to more than 40 retail locations across four countries.
