(OAKLAND, Calif.) The Allen Temple is hosting free drive-thru COVID-19 testing every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with results in just three days.

The Allen Temple Baptist Church, located at 8501 International Boulevard, will hold testing in its parking lot three days a week. Pre-registration is recommended, and results will be distributed in roughly three days.

On Dec. 15, five Bay Area counties including Alameda were granted exemptions from the statewide indoor mask mandate. According to the California Department of Health, the mandate does not affect any counties that had "pre-existing masking requirements irrespective of vaccine status, in indoor public settings, prior to December 13."
