The Lovely! An Audubon Park vintage paradise!

Build An Adventure

The Lovely, located in Audubon Park in Orlando, is aptly named. A giant inventory of vintage clothing, dishes, and even furniture, one could spend hours just thumbing through everything. Upon arrival, you will usually find at least one outside rack of gorgeous outfits from the sixties and seventies. While I was not alive during these decades, I still appreciate the beauty and the vivaciousness of the styles that reigned during these times. The floral dresses, the leisure suits, and the platform shoes hint at a very specific moment for fashion.

As always, I try to let you know what the current health and safety measures are at every new place I visit. The Lovely is requiring masks for all unvaccinated individuals, and is strongly encouraging them for all guests as of November, 2021. Everything inside is kept pristinely clean. This store even smells lovely!

Inside you will find beautiful furniture, random photos from different decades, glassware, even vintage magazines (a favorite purchase for me!). There's also a section for local artists and creators. Soaps, incense sicks, and even stickers are also available for purchase. It's a beautiful marriage of both the old and the new, and I love it all!

Personally, I can and have spent hours looking through all of the treasures available at The Lovely. One can't help but treat these items with gentleness and reverence, because they offer us a peak into history that you simply can't get from reading a textbook. I highly recommend this shop for any vintage lover. Prepare to fall in love with The Lovely.
