Target shoppers across New York ran to get their hands on autumn-themed hot cocoa bombs last year, only to find they quickly sold out. It was nearly impossible to get them in 2022, which makes their early arrival this year so exciting.

"We couldn't keep hot cocoa bombs on shelves last year," said one Hudson Valley, New York assistant Target store manager. "Multipacks were only $5, so they sold out FAST. Like within 48 hours or so our whole stock was gone—and we didn't get replenished."

Shoppers don't have to worry about that this year, though. Target stores across New York State have already rolled out a selection of both chocolate and apple cider-themed hot drink bombs starting at just $3.

Whatever you do, be sure to buy a few sets if you plan to have guests over or a funny Halloween costume party—they're bound to sell out.

Cider bombs exist too!
