Yesterday, according to an article on DallasNews.com, The Dallas Arts District welcomed three new restaurants and bars as part of the new JW Marriott hotel that opened on July 26, 2023.
The hotel at 2000 Ross Ave. features 283 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa.
It also offers a variety of dining options for hotel guests and locals alike, overseen by executive chef Jonah Friedmann.
Margaret’s, named for Dallas arts philanthropist Margaret McDermott, is a “ranch-to-table” restaurant on the hotel’s 11th floor. It serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on the weekends, with dishes meant to be shared and Instagrammed.
Vincent’s outdoor rooftop bar offers stunning views of the Arts District and the Dallas skyline. It has a pool for hotel guests and a lounge area for anyone looking for a relaxing drink or a small bite.
800 North is a casual lobby bar that serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and pizzas throughout the day. It also has a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails for those who want to unwind after a long day.
The three new restaurants and bars at the JW Marriott hotel are expected to attract both locals and visitors who are looking for a taste of Dallas culture and cuisine.
They are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., with extended hours for Vincent’s on Fridays and Saturdays until 2 a.m.
