We’ve seen several malls closing down bit by bit last year.
Many malls across the United States have been closing down over the past year, with the pandemic and the rise of online shopping contributing to their decline.
The Paradise Valley Mall in Arizona is one of the malls that has been affected by this trend.
However, there is some good news for the mall and its patrons.
Let’s find out what they’re doing.
Paradise Valley Mall, 2023
According to the May 25th article by USA Today, the mall is undergoing a redevelopment project that will bring new bars and restaurants to the area. Some of the new bars and restaurants that are set to open Blanco Cocina and Cantina, typically Mexican restaurants.
Adjacent to Paradise Valley's three-acre central park, the restaurant will be situated at the heart of the development area.
